TwiceGirlie "B" Loose Tooth Video and more Photos

TwiceGirlie "B" is so excited about her tooth on its way out, I had to take video of this inevitable event. I took the video on my cell phone and sent it to Nana and Papa, Auntie Amy, Leenie and Janice. They are just as excited as Mommy and TwiceGirlie "B" is.

I have also taken photos of TwiceGirlie, in the bathroom, touching her tooth with her finger and applying some toilet paper to the bloody tooth. Here is the video and some photos of TwiceGirlie "B" in on the bathroom counter, playing with her tooth.

Hopefully, before school begins next month, this tooth will be out. Well, of course it will be out!

TwiceGirlies Book Mommy is Writing

So, I am finally getting around to writing some books for my twins to read. These will be level one books, easy to read books, with photos of them on each page. Like some of the books they received in Kindergarten, these books too will have a photo on each page and a sentence under the photo. The photo will coincide with the words or sentence.

Whenever my twins see photos of themselves, they get all excited. So, being able to read about themselves, from preemie hood to girlie hood, will have them smiling from ear to ear.

These level one books should also be an encouragement for them to want to read about themselves.Since the sentences will be short, I can see them taking these books with them to bed and reading until they fall asleep.

TwiceGirlie "B"'s Bottom Tooth

Since my last post on TwiceGirlie "B"'s bottom tooth, this one tooth is now becoming more loosened and the adult tooth is showing behind the baby tooth. Oh, TwiceGirlie "B" and Mommy are so excited. Daddy does not want to see the tooth as it begins to fall out and TwiceGirlie "A" just wants to know when her first tooth will begin to fall out.

TwiceGirlie "B" is both excited and scared. She does not like the sight of blood, but knows blood is part of losing a tooth, and she loves moving her tooth around with her tongue and fingers.

In the above photo, you can see the left lower tooth is loosening and there is split in the middle of her teeth. Mommy is just as excited for TwiceGirlie "B" and TwiceGirlie "B" is for herself. TwiceGirlie "B" is excited to get some money from the Tooth Fairy too.

Cell Phones do not Have to be so Expensive

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of TracFone for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

With all the high end cell phones and their advertisements on television, the internet and billboards today, one might think these are the only phones around. As it turns out, there are some phones that not only look good, they are just as effective, even more effective, as these high end phones. Now that summer has arrived, it is very important to have a working cell phone. Whether you are in the mountains, at the beach, in your city or another city, this is the cell phone you need.

These TracFone can be used all over, at a very low price.  In fact, these cell phone, by and far, are the only cell phones under $30.00. For a simple TracFone, the price is under $10. Yeah, this phone allows for calling and texting. For the more advanced TracFone, at $29.99, the cell phone user can call, text, take pictures and video, have web access, app capabilities, MP3 player, and use a QWERTY keypad! Wow, that is a lot of features on this phone. This is one amazing phone.

The Tracfone allows the user to pay as they go or purchase a card at any grocery or retail store. There are also one year cards which give you so much more. You can receive double minutes for the life of your phone and 800 minutes for only $119.00. Already this cell phone sounds so much better than the other high end phones on the market.

If you are looking for a phone which allows for international calls, the TracFone gives you just that. This phone allows you to call 60 international locations, at no extra cost, unlike high end cell phone.

FHA Streamline Refinance Loans Will Lower a Home Owners Monthly Payments

In this housing market today, looking into FHA Streamline Rates is very important for home owners to consider. These FHA Streamline Rates are dropping at an amazing rate. This allows for home owners to save hundredts on their home, every month. This in tern will allow the home owner to save thousands every year through a streamline loan.

The best thing about applying for an FHA Streamline Loan, is the process is fast and hassle free, there is no additional paper work for the home owner, no out of pocket expenses for the home owner, the FHA Streamline Loan allows for a lower interest rate and a monthly payment, and finally the home owner will  save thousands through out the course of their mortgage. All these items above should be enough for any FHA home owner to make a change in their current mortgage plan, right now.

Now, when lowering a current home loan, your original loan must be an FHA loan, there has to be no FHA mortgage payment that has been 30 days late in the last 12 months, the refinance must result in the lowering of the monthly principal and interest payments, the home owner must have owned their original property for at least 6 months and finally the home owner also needs to have an FHA approved lender, the bank can offer one or the home owner can ask us and we will point you in the right direction and the FHA home owner must be ready to save money on your Mortgage!

Along with the above, the FHA home owner has to 2 years of steady employment, bankruptcies must be at least 2 years old, foreclosures must be at least 3 years old, the mortgage should be no more than 30% of your gross income.

If the above is important to the everyday home owner, so to is Medicare to insurance for veterans. If a senior is over 65 years old and a verteran, they qualify for the government-administered health insurance program. Medicare is also available to the disbaled, under 65 years old. As it turns out, Medicare does not cover every health issue which comes about for seniors. In this case, there is Medigap. Yes, Medigap fills in the "gaps" of health insurance the government will not cover. These Medigap plans are private, not public, and they are offered by most major insurers.

Just as confusing as Medicare, so to is Medigap. Medigap, just like Medicare, is regulated by the state and federal laws. The state and federal laws are supposed to protect the Medicare clients. There are twelve different types of  Medigap policies to choose from, and each is designated by a letter A through N. For a comprehensive list of the different types of polices and a description of each, check out this Medigap policy overview. My goodness, that is a lot of policies to look at and choose from.

If the Medicare clients looking for a less-expensive plan, they will also have with fewer benefits and higher out-of-pocket costs. The more expensive plans include some extra benefits, like coverage on their routine checkups, and some of their  Medicare deductibles and their at-home care services. The Medigap Plan A is the most basic policy;  which covers co-payments (but not deductibles), a skilled nursing care, or hospice care. The Medigap Plan L has a more comprehensive policy which covers co-payments plus 75% of hospital deductibles, 75% of skilled nursing care expenses, and 75% of hospice care.

It is importatn the Medicare clients exercises caution if they decide to cancel or change your Medigap plan — if you bought the policy before 1992, changes to coverage standardization rules will make it impossible if you to get the same policy back once it has been canceled.

TwiceGirlie "B" Has a Loose Tooth

TwiceGirlie "B" comes home tonight from the gym and shopping with Daddy and sister, Twin "A" with exciting news, She Has a Loose Tooth!! Oh goodness, she is just so psyched! If you have never seen a little girl high before, my TwiceGirlie "B" was high with total excitement over one of her front teeth being loosened.

All she can talk about, and touch, is her loosed tooth on the right side of her mouth. She says there are two loosed teeth, one in the back and one in the front. Well, I see her front tooth is loosed and she is playing with it back and fourth with her tongue, as well all did.

I told TwiceGirlie "B" that Nana and Papa would tie a string around my tooth and the other end to our front door. The shut the front door to allow the loosed tooth to be released from the gum line. This, of course, was only done when the tooth was too stubborn to come out on its own.

Then, TwiceGirlie asked if there would be blood and Daddy and I said, there might be, but blood does not hurt, only the tooth being pushed out by the new tooth coming up. TwiceGirlie "B" is so concerned about blood, she is certainly silly, and I love her so much. She reminds me of.....me...when I was her age...

TwiceGiriles and Mommy Walk to Park Today

Today was almost a repeat of yesterday. The only thing about my twin and Mommy's day was we walked to our local park, by ourselves and without Auntie Leenie. Today, we met a new friend, her Mommy and two siblings. This morning, I made the same thing for lunch, brought one water, two Capri suns, some snacks blanket, forget towels and camera.

This morning, I left the house at 11:00 ish to make sure we were not walking in the hot, hot heat. Well, it really did not matter what time we walked to the park because it was already hot at 9AM.

When we got to the park, it looked as if the city workers were fencing off all the park. Hopefully, the city will be adding more things to the park kids and parents can use. Along with the new water feature, it would be nice to have more BBQ pits and seating areas with covers over them for parents to sit on while we watch out kids play in the new water feature. Oh, it would also be nice to have more water features and more trees planted and much nicer restrooms. This is one of the biggest parks in my city where a lot of events happen in the summer months. So, adding more water features and seating for parents, would be an added bonus...especially since we just voted for measure E for this very purpose, if memory serves correctly.

Sorry for no pics today. If we go on the weekend or sometime next week, I will bring my camera with me to take some more pics.

Finally, along with my twins meeting a new friend, their new friend and my twins found the cutest grey and white kitten. The kitten would run from the water feature to this fence at the back of the park. This was such an adorable kitten that my twins forget why we walked to the park in the first place. While at the park, I also got my twins, and Mommy, an ice cream. Well, we certainly did need to today!

TwiceGirlies, Mommy and Auntie Leenie at Park

Yesterday Auntie Leenie drove to our home from her home in the Bay Area. We had a very nice day. The weather was, indeed, hot, but we drove to the park, even though the park was two minutes from our home. Before we all went to the park, I made us two turkey sandwiches, cut in half, brought some fruit, snacks, waters and Capri suns.

Along with the above, I brought two towels, one big blanket, sunscreen and FUN!

At our local park, the city installed a sprinkler system for the kids to play in. This is the same type of sprinkler system my twins and I used to play in, with one of our other friends, a couple of years ago. I over heard some parents close by saying this sprinkler system was not all like the one their kids used to play in from the city the live or lived in. Well, I am just happy my city FINALLY installed something to keep the kids and parents cool in this oh so HOT city. Big or small, it is about time my city got around to installing something for the very, very hot summer months.

Here are my twins, and Mommy, playing in this sprinkler system, which was a much needed addition to my city parks and recreation.

TwiceGirlies on 4th of July 2011

We had a great time on the 4th of July this year. My in laws came over for a delicious BBQ of chicken and tri tip. We also a lot of yummy side dishes and desserts. If it were up to me, I would have just eaten the desserts.

These are photos I took of my twins in our backyard wearing the dress from Nana and the headband Mommy made. This year, I did not take photos of the fireworks at our local high school, but they were amazing as they always are.

Along with my in laws coming over to see the fireworks, my pastor and two of his kids came over to see the fireworks  as well. I had invited my pastors whole family over, but the two little ones were so tired.

Anyway, here are some photos I took of my twins and they look just adorable as always.
